Tinapa Hotel – Calabar

The Tinapa Hotel Calabar is owned by Tinapa Business Resort Limited and is part of the phase 1 of the Tinapa Business Resort thatcomprises of a mixed-use business and tourism resort in Adiabo, Calabar, Cross River State of Nigeria.

The phase 1 of the Tinapa Business Resort comprises the following elements:

1. Shopping and Entertainment Centre

2. Hotel (Constructed by ITB Nigeria Limited)

3. 5 No. Warehouses of 4,000m² each

6. Infrastructure

The Hotel is a 5 – storey concrete framed Structure on pile foundation. It is designed to accommodate 307 luxury rooms from the first floor tothe fifth floor, while the ground floor accommodates the reception, bar, restaurant, offices, laundry and other services.
