Total Joint Venture Office Project – Port Harcourt

The contract for the “Total NNPC Joint Venture project in Port Harcourt, River State was awarded in October, 2004. The project which is located in Trans Amadi, in the heart of Port Harcourt consists of the following buildings:

1.Building 7: Purchasing Building

2.Building 20.1: Security and Insurance Building

3.Building 9: New Archives and Training

4.Building 11: New Transport Department

5.Building 20.2: Works and Maintenance Dept.

6.Buildings 18.1 and 18.2: Security Post

7.Substation 3: Electrical Substations

8.Building 4.6: Scrap Area

9.Building 0.1: Security Post

10.Building 4.1: Water Tank

11.Building 4.2: Control

12.Building 4.3: Turbine

All the buildings were finished with first choice finishing materials to meet the client requirements. Also included in the contract is external works that consist of massive earthworks, demolition of buildings and 32,000m² of roads and Parking.
