Green Buildings
LEED CERTIFICATES
The LEED Certified recognition for Heritage Place, 21 Lugard Avenue, Ikoyi, Lagos, reflects ITB Nigeria’s commitment to sustainable construction and environmentally responsible building practices. The project achieved LEED 2009 Core and Shell Development certification in February 2018, demonstrating high standards in green building and sustainable development.
EDGE CERTIFICATE
The EDGE Certificate for Alpha 1, Eko Atlantic, Lagos, recognizes the project’s commitment to resource-efficient and sustainable building practices. Developed by ITB Nigeria Limited, the project achieved 28% energy savings, 29% water savings, and 23% less embodied energy in materials, reflecting strong performance in sustainable design and construction.
