Precast Division

ITB Precast Division a member of the International Prestressed Hollow Core Association (IPHA) was established in August 2012 and has been delivering Precast Prestressed elements for ITB projects and other large projects in Nigeria.

ITB manufactures Hollow Core slabs, Spun concrete poles, and Prestressed Precast Beams. The company’s plants in Abuja and Ibadan have a yearly manufacturing capacity of about 200,000m2 of Hollow Core slabs.

The Poles plant can produce roughly 30 poles per day of various sorts and lengths. Whilst the beam plants can produce precast prestressed and reinforced beams of varied sections and lengths.

The multi-purpose molds are 72m long and 1.2m wide, with a daily production rate ranging from 130 to 250 linear meters of beams depending on the beam type and casting schedule.
