Design Division

The Design department is made up of seasoned and professional Architects who work diligently on projects by going through the many stages of construction, from design development to construction details, execution, supervision, and completion.

These are attained by value engineering, research on new materials, and consistent technical advances that aid solutions after careful examination of unique architectural possibilities without sacrificing the end-result of production, cost budget, and client satisfaction.

ITB is specialized in Design-Build project. Besides the in-house Architectural design department, ITB’s back offices overseas provide all the necessary technical design and support for the structures, MEPF, facades, landscaping, fire life safety and acoustics.

Our portfolio is rich with projects executed a Design-Build contracts and successfully delivered on time and with in agreed milestones.
